What do you mean by "won't go back"? Have you tried a pinhole reset?

Note the original poster has a Hub4. We never got to the bottom of their problem as they stopped replying, but I suspect they weren't using modem mode.

I found it strange as i been with Virgin since ntl was first out and this is the first time this has happened so it all confused me. Set me to wondering if the Hub 4 was at fault or a used one sent back. Thank You All.
