The last Govt blamed Labour for 14 years, so she probably can do the same for the Tories.

They can blame the Tories for a while, especially on things that make sense like the prisoner release. No one but the most partisan idiots think it's Labour's fault that the prisons are almost full.

But at the end of the parliament, they'll need to point to evidence of things turning around. Waiting lists in the NHS don't need to be gone but they do need to have fallen for example.
