Yes Jay is right, we are led to believe Keanu is dead and his body wrapped in a tarp and dumped in a hole in the burned out cafe. But being a soap it is not beyond belief that he may have just been knocked out, and manages to escape his bonds and reappears some time in the future. Nish was hit on the head with a champagne bottle, and at first was thought to be dead. However he was found to be breathing and was taken to hospital in a bad way, will he live or die? My guess he'll live, every soap needs a baddy. :D
