Nope the windows are fixed widths (The system menus)

Does anyone know of a system fixer I could run that might fix the error and fix it??

Something like HIJACKTHIS but not related to that...... I know its not that,a stupid emulation game I was playing did something..........

Limitations of a near 30 year old OS. Can change more on newer Windows without having to hack the system to get it to do things. Possibly risking damage to the system dn it's stability.

Yes I see Stevie...

Its not easy keeping stuff we really like is it buddy?

I know safe mode bypasses startup files.......... How would I find out which fiile is causing the problems???

Well I corrected the msdos.sys problem and now I can get to windows again but my display problem is still here

Like I said before IN SAFE MODE the display is correct........

Heres a picture......These are supposed to be 3 CHECK BOXS (The black boxs) and in safe mode they are! (uugghh) and the title bar text looks like it should also.... (MS Sans Serif (Western))

Time to invest in a modern real computer instead of that monstrosity.

For the security aspect alone I would be installing a modern OS.

That's asking too much of Dude111, maybe a ZX80 the ZX81 is too hightech for him.
