I'm not a great chocolate eater but did like the chocolate at Jean Philippe in the Bellagio in Las Vegas. Last time we were there the name had changed but didn't get chance to call in so not sure if the recipe is the same or not.

I found an awesome Chooclate in Tesco's the other day with small pieces of coffee bean in it. Tasted great.

Ohhh, I miss chocolate - cakes and biscuits, usually. But it (and possibly booze and possibly caffeine) give me severe heartburn.

I was trying out some single region cocoa dark chocolates to pick a favourite. Very hard, I think I need to keep sampling.
