If you swap Hubs you won't get a new cable so it'll still be the screw cable you have now.

The push to fit cables for Hubs come from the self install packs.

The V6 / 360 boxes do have a different cable connection which is the same design as we use in the UK for terrestrial aerials.

Bit worried by self install , what if there’s a cable fault we haven’t used Virgin in a long long time.

My new Hub 5 arrives on Thursday next week, do I have to install it on the day it arrives?

No, but don't leave it more than a few days. You may have to call to get it reactivated if you leave it too long.
