OK mate maybe somehow you managed to do the impossible and break the FAT32 limitations

Just for point of reference as the forum seems to suggest the file is an archive that should be extracted how does the car install from it?

Think I may have sorted it. I hadn’t updated my Download Manager App from last year.

I did this and as you correctly surmised it is now unzipping the file to usb stick.

Will see how it goes later.
