How would they know who to refund to?

What do I do if I still have Credit on my Pay As You Go sim card?

No problem. Use up your credit before our Pay As You Go service ends, or request a refund for any leftover credit by registering your details with us at Your Account, then calling 789.

A right kerfuffle to have to set up an account so you can cancel ! Sounds like a ploy to sell a contract to you when ringing up to get your credit back.

Also, if you have to set-up an account, and the refund goes into that account, what use is it then ?

How do you get your refund out of that account and into your bank ?

When on PAYG never had a balance of more than £10 max. When l knocked on the head give Vodafone just over £2 bet that made a big difference too them !!!
