I just ordered a new remote through the website, no issues other than I need two remotes as both had different button issues, but could only order 1.

I'm 100% sure that you're right with this company. No harm in trying though, just in case it helps those with sight impairments.

I've flagged this up with the RNIB and my contact at the Equalities & Human Rights Commission in case they want to make some future tests calls and take action if nothing has improved.

VM does take measures to try to improve the accessibility, and to give extra support, to disabled VM customers on a dedicated page in the on-line Help section

Just in case anyone else is interested in seeing what accessibility help and support VM offers to anyone with a disability you can find it as the first option in the Help section drop-down list when you sign in to your account.
