I hear ya!!

Ever since Spectrum took over our service has been aweful...... The modem loses sync and cant re-connect for 1/2hr or more at times.... It just happend about an hour ago!!!!

I tell ya,service sucks now and it keeps getting worse!!

Good luck in getting this resolved!!!
