Unless Southgate progresses far with this team there have to be questions over him. Just boring, lifeless, ambitionless, football. England has much better players than what they're showing out there. Just watching them pass back and forth with no creativity, no one taking risks, no movement just waiting until what exactly?

Actually he really doesn't look well in the post match interview, can't start with him next game on that performance.

If I were English I'd not be too downhearted. Performance not great but better to do that at this point than later on. 4 points is enough to go through and it's professional football so I don't give much weight to "easy" draws. Those are for teams that want to progress if you want to win you need to play the big teams at some point.

Good result for Scotland keeping our hopes alive. Will probably lose on Tuesday now...

Too many players play with fear as the talent is there.

Spain played with fear for over 50 years until Vicente Del Bosque came along and changed that mindset.

Forget the Euros...

NL Play off final to get promoted to EFL,
was Torquay 0 - 1 Hartlepool , until the final min and Torquay send their keeper up who scores !

England find themselves in the same position as they did in the last World Cup. Anything less than the final would be a disappointment here considering the bracket. We've already beaten one and the others we have to be firm favourites for.

It was a poor game for 70 minutes, and thank goodness for Muller Light.
