Sky+ TV guide app usually tells you what HD programmes are in 5.1.

I'm not sure they distinguish between DD2.0 and DD5.1 - but it's a starter. But the feature was dropped from SkyQ.

They also incorrectly mark DD on SD channels.

Sky states Dolby Digital for 5.1.
