No issues at all on my connection last night - so maybe related more to your area as opposed to New Malden being the factor?

Have they tried swapping your Hitron out of interest?

No, I can't bear to talk to "tech support" until I absolutely need to.

But it just happened again, so I may end up having to.

GRE tunnel up. no routing past hop 2. sigh.
