Hi all,

It seems nearly every week or every two weeks Virgin seem to have issues and just goes down. SuperHub then continues to reboot until it's able to make a valid connection. Seems like some sort of area problem as the status page always gets updated to say there are problems in the area.

Just getting a tad annoying. For those who are into this sort of stuff this is the logs from the "Network Status" of the SuperHub

Your D/S receive power is 11-13dB,(too high)
Transmit U/S is at 41dB,(good) but the installation is incorrect or the network levels are wrong.
U/S SNR is between 35-38dB

Interesting - There must also be an issue in the area as well though? As it's down again and long enough for it to be registered on the website. Unless I'm not understanding correctly.

Yes, there is an intermittent issue on your cabinet. All the modems go offline when it happens.

Your downstream power is out of spec but in reality it proabably isn't causing a problem.
