Re: When is a discount not a discount?

I had posted on the official VM forum and had a private message asking me for further details - which I sent.

This morning I had a phone call from Virgin Cust Services in this country. I had given them very poor feedback in a survey they sent me.

I spent some time on the phone with a very polite and obliging Rep who has sorted my problem out for me - even emailing me with the details, so hopefully all has now been resolved.

This is the problem with VM, you have to shout at the top of your voice before anything gets sorted. But glad you got there in the end.
