It happened to me about 2 months ago and I was down to about 18%

Had a few channels pixelate so decided to go in to my diagnostics and my RS Uncorrected errors are a whopping 66,000+ with RS Corrected at 0. Do I need to worry or get in touch with VM to check everything?

Just checked mine - tuner 4 has a huge amount of uncorrected errors and a small number of corrected ones.

Other tuners are all less than 8000 uncorrected errors and 500-1000 corrected ones.

Any ideas why tuner 4 is so out of step with the others?

It depends on the frequencies they are tuned too. Often the more extreme frequencies are affected worst when there's a signal problem.

Or you may have a noise ingress problem on a specific frequency. The DAB radio signals around 220MHz are often the culprits.
