I would setup a TBB graph so you have got something to show the tech when they come out because they don't like intermittent faults. Your's will have lots of red spikes

Ah, thanks for reminding me. It's not a pretty sight. Some days are OK though.

It currently looks ok with no red, btw its July, the red you do get though I strange so you do have a problem.

Have you posted on the VM forums yet?

Oops, months amended. On the 17th one, the internet response was getting bad so I switched off the CM and computer between 3am and 7am.

Not posted on the VM forums yet. The network log dates are OK at the moment.

Just now;
PING bbc.co.uk (151.101.128.81): 64 data bytes
72 bytes from 151.101.128.81: seq=0 ttl=56 time=20.000 ms
72 bytes from 151.101.128.81: seq=1 ttl=56 time=2410.000 ms
--- bbc.co.uk ping statistics ---
3 packets transmitted, 2 packets received, 33% packet loss
round-trip min/avg/max = 20.000/1215.000/2410.000 ms

Still not right then.

You need to do as suggested either phone them up or make a post on the VM forum.

I hate phoning up so i always make a post on their forum then 4-7 days they reply and check it out for me, it also makes it alot easier if they need to send an engineer as you get to decide when.
