It could possibly be that evening appointments are only available in certain areas.

I have only ever been given morning or afternoon but the best way is via their forum as you get to decide which, although it takes like a week to get the first reply.

That's fine if you can do a week or more without internet.

I used my 4G connection with android as a WiFi hot spot, to get my PC on line My data allowance was blown in a few hours normal browsing.
