what does your log say? Those disconnects looks like they are for 30 minutes at a time. Have you had any more snow today because I know it is forecast for some areas.

Well, we've had some snow, but not much, and here's the latest graph ... looking much better now, so hopefully whatever was playing up has been sorted!

hopefully they'll rollout the new firmware soon because it will be interesting to see how many T3 and T4 timeouts you are getting.
