have a read of the first half of this post

As an fyi, when you set it up you cant just copy and paste the url for the graph you see in your account because it has permissions attached to it and can only be viewed when logged into your account. You need click on the share live graph button, generate, right click the graph and properties, copy the url and then insert image in this forum.

Re: Internet failure

I would say share the snap shot version, a live graph is pointless if the user wants to show something as it changes.

Re: Internet failure

I choose Small Graph, and then copy all inside the inverted commas after src =

e.g.

src="https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/quality/share/thumb/fcbd9d74b52c9b1dbe832147fcecdb07f0cb7215-20-02-2018.png" /></a>

so you only copy

https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broad...20-02-2018.png

This gets pasted as the url to post an image to this forum.

Re: Internet failure

When you've generated a snapshot graph click the option to generate the code.

Then go to the bottom option for "Small Graph (500x219 px) BB code" and copy the whole thing in that box and paste it here.

It includes all the necessary BB tags to generate the graph and links here.

A snapshot graph would not show anything 'as it changes ' only what happened at a set time.

Can anybody tell me if the v6 box will still give me tv channels if the internet goes

Hi ,I have been told that I will still be able to get tv with the v6 box even if I lose my broadband ,is that true.

Depends on the reason for the broadband going down- but usually the tv channels will stay active although you'll loose Catch-Up and OnDemand.

That is the whole point, you dont want it to change if you're showing an issue.

Then that wouldn't be "as it changes" would it? It would be what changed & when.

Semantics I know... but.

Total network failure for our area again from late yesterday until about 20 minutes ago. I was on hold with 150 for ages, so they must have been receiving loads of calls.
