Been assured again the engineer coming tomorrow will be a supervisor and apparently he'll visit with another engineer (???). My guess is I've been told a load of **** and I'll be visited for the third time by the same engineer.

The "supervisor" is the principle engineer and they are usually excellent at getting to the bottom of things. He'll probably come with an normal tech because they'll assume whatever needs doing is a two man job.
