It's a start but did banning the sale of knives to younger people solve that issue or even significantly reduce knife crime? These measures alone won't achieve much but unless we clear the gangs responsible for most of this from our streets these attacks will continue. That's the really hard task.

Already complaining about other things. All well and good having CCTV giving us all colonoscopies, banning sales of acid, etc, but thanks to Theresa May slicing and dicing police forces to show how awesome she was (she wasn't, and Amber Rudd, Ms Contempt of Court, is as bad) there've been few resources to actually enforce laws, go after leads from CCTV, etc.

Will this affect the sale of alkalis which can be just as destructive as acids?
