can you access your TBB graph on your phone so you can see if you had any issues in the run up to the outage?

Nothing shows (I have my own monitor as well, which was steady until it died).

I have logged into my VM account and it shows there is an known issue with BB, TV & Phone in my area, so something big broke :(

It's right as well, our phone has died, and so has VM TV, as well as the Broadband.

That's good, at least you know they are on it.

Cool. With something like that i imagine an urgent fix request goes out and it has to be done within 4 hours. There probably would have been increased sense of urgency given the lockdown and everyone staying at home. You just imagine everyone sat at home watching Netflix on Friday and "connection error" coming up :D

Well its been a while since my VM-BB failed, but today/yesterday is that day.

I got an email the other day saying they are going to be doing some work, so I expected it to be off for a little while, but that turned into hours, and then more hours.

On checking the status page, it listed issues in my area, with an estimated fix of this evening. That has passed and now the estimate is tomorrow morning.

Whatever "work" they did, they seem to have f'ked it up quite well.

Luckily, I had my Talk-Talk backup upgraded to fibre on Thursday, so thats got an unexpected full test (and so far has passed nicely).
