Sure, there are other services offering the latest movies in digital-only format for less money but they are less established.

Plus Sky Store is more convenient for Sky customers than messing about with another device to watch a movie.

Isn't that the point and the reason Sky are looking to offer cheaper Digital Only prices ?

As for less established players I'm not sure Amazon , Google and iTunes qualify as that.

New movies in HD cost £9.99 for Digital Only as opposed to £13.99 on Sky with DVD.

A bit different but not to mention in HMV brand new movies blu rays with a ultra violet code too are only around £12.99 too.
So you get the blu ray plus a digital code.
This includes HMV online though i think they charge for postage not sure.
