One would think not but ITV's Channel 3 Yorkshire licence puts the Sheffield terrestrial transmitter into the Calendar South group (East Yorkshire - same as Belmont) whereas the rest of Sheffield is covered by Emley Moor (Calendar North). A very strange arrangement.
On cable, the NIT for Sheffield (Barnsley 3 & Barnsley 4) carries ITV SID 10216 on 103 and "ITV Yorkshire" SID 10234 (the East Yorkshire version) as an alternative service (the same as the extra ITV service available in Nottingham).
