Between the professional pc lets be offended on everyone's behalf brigade and the quickly spreading thin skin syndrome soon you will not be able to say sod all. This country has become a joke in some ways and it's sad we have definately lost something greater then what we've gained.

sorry but that's just plain grassist ;)

What does looking someone in the eye really mean? Surely we just talk to and look at a person's face not necessarily straight in their eyes. After all it's faces that are expressive and eyes are just part of that expression.

Oxford University has apologised for saying that avoiding eye contact could be "everyday racism" after it was accused of discriminating against autistic people.

But the university was criticised for being "insensitive" to autistic people who can struggle making eye contact.

It said it had made a mistake and not taken disabilities into account.

They are so two faced and contradictory.
They go on about racism, but have a special Black / Ethnic Network, how discrimatory is that ?

That's what I thought when I read that. Can white staff join it? can they have a White Network?
And wtf is the "Vice-Chancellor’s Diversity Fund" all about?

Anyone who gets eye contact from Osem Jnr # 2 is in a very select club and he doesn't even know what a racist is...

I had a boss that was 'boss eyed'. Whenever he was looking at you, he wasn't, and when he appeared to be looking at you, he was staring out of the window. I changed posts, very unnerving....

The first thing most men look at when meeting a woman is her breasts.
