I thought it looked like a bit of fun. It didn't denigrate Jews or Judaism and I tend to be fairly pro towards them. It was one sign in one (maybe unwise) location. I believe the artist has done other signs "against" other groups as well.

Now while I do believe sensitivity is required we now have a situation where "speech" is offensive or hateful if the person hearing it deems it so. In theory that would allow anyone to be offended at anything and report it. Motivation needs to be taken into account when confronting these situations. Is the expression offensive because it's intended that way, a bit of inflation pricking, an observation of something "different" or is it trying to be hateful and stir up trouble?

Why would you need to be warned about cows, deer, horses, disabled people, slippery conditions, rockfalls etc? Are they going to jump out and attack you?

Beware of cow sign is not going to hurt cows feelings, because said cows won't understand the sign, nor likely to have any emotional feeling on it.

But having a 'Beware of Jews' sign, is highly inflammatory and what is it exactly people have to 'Beware of' ?

I can see where you are trying to go with this but in all honesty, you cannot have a 'Beware of' sign that targets, one set of people, group or culture.

No, it's saying 'look out for cattle/any other hazard indicated by the image in the sign, so you don't have an accident/be harmed'; it's a warning sign, but you knew that...
