Of course it is, its like playground spite.

You did something wrong (28 years ago) so we're [now] not going to play with you.

Perhaps the Sun should refuse to print any reports on Liverpool matches, and remove them from the weekly scores and table.

Sheesh.

Utterly pointless vendetta, what is it going to achieve 28 years later ?

Just makes them look childish.

Didn't you say the same about the enquiry itself, that it was pointless and the families should just move on? I know it was years ago but I was so flabbergasted by that comment it's always stuck with me.

The Paper itself, the name or brand?

The Journalists, who wrote said article back in the day, who may not work there any more ?

The Editor ?

The Newspaper owners (Murdochs) ?

Or all 4 ?

I'd imagine it's the paper itself, they've played little more than lip service as remorse as they still employ the man responsible, the only thing they're sorry for imo is the fact they don't sell a single paper in that city.

They'll be telling us next that Heysel wasn't their fault either

One thing you'll never hear in Liverpool

"Justice for the 39"

You're totally wrong there, anyone with any sense of perspective accepts that the fans did play a part in it.

I suggest you read this link.

There is a twitter and Facebook feed that posts every apology the sun has to make and it's frightening the number of times they have to do so. It's called sun apologies and the guy set it up to make people aware of how often the paper lies but when it has to apologise it's hidden away in the newspaper or put on the website at midnight.

The latest one in an apology to Prince Harry's girlfriend as they printed a story that she was in a porn film!

Might as well put this in here. Paul Nuttall might been lying about being at Hillsbrough: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x3KYu_TI4ak

Very weird...

I'm happy about this,

The Sun was not responsible for what happened that day, But!! The Sun definitely was responsible for some peoples opinions of what happened that day.

I don't as a general rule make a note of what's been posted and by whom but as I said I was shocked by your comments and never forgotten them, I've just searched and found it if you really want a link but tbh perhaps it's better to just let sleeping dogs lie
