It won't benefit me personally, but I know some disabled people who will, so shall pass this on :)

Ridiculous post.

Simply having a temporary sore foot would not qualify someone for disability services as i'm sure you are aware.

They will probably use various criteria such as being in receipt of certain benefits, receiving Local Authority services etc.

Gloating that you're able to pay your own way isn't helpful to the disabled who aren't able to, don't forget that many of them worked when they could.

I plan to work for as long as I can, but have had to reduce my hours.

Your obviously not well versed on sarcasm either.

Can't see where i have gloated?

Your correct i hope they use genuine criteria for genuine needy vulnerable people who would benefit from this BUT this is the problem and hence my sarky remark, as we know when someone is shouting down the phone saying they should it get based on questionable medical conditions that should qualify them for it. Believe me there are people who have abused the Care line system that VM will attend at all hours to rectify faults only to see a family sat there with phones in there hands and a faulty land line.

There are a few people that this service would be of benefit, not everyone with a bloody mobility scooter or A SORE FOOT.

I wonder how those with the free TV M pack (as was) will go on.

They can/could get this just by virtue of having a landline.

Perhaps they'll say that they can't have their landline charges frozen as an indirect way to make something from the free TV??
