The only premises with both are either:

1) Where FTTC doesn't work, line is too long, and BDUK programmes have subsidised rollout of FTTP to some premises on the extremes of cabinet coverage.
2) The odd premises where the owners have paid for FTTP on Demand, but only that one premises has FTTP, it's not available to others.

I'm not aware of any substantial areas with both. There might be an alternative FTTP network available but not both from BT to any volume. Spending 20 grand on a cabinet then a grand per premises delivering FTTP on top isn't great business sense.

I'm not sure if I have fibre to the property or cabinet, I must say.... when I was about to move into our new house, I went onto the BT website and did the checker to see what options I had... 350MB was available. There is a BT exchange literally 2 minutes walk from my house... perhaps that has something to do with it?

I just redid the check... and it's still showing as 300MB (apologies, not 350).
