It'd be helpful if they kept to a consistency regarding what a crime is and how its categorised, then you could compare year by year with a degree of accuracy, that said, considering our population is going upward, and police numbers are going the other way, it's not really such a surprise is it.

People are angry. so violence will obviously increase.

just like because there's no police. nobody has to bother insuring a car. taxing a car. or MOT'ing a car.

they don't have to indicate either. and they can shoot all over the place racing other cars.
