I agree with you up to a point Chrys but I would never purchase the top tier with only a projected speed of 48Mbps, may as well be happy with 38Mbps, the differnce is not noticable in general browsing, streaming or gaming terms.

yes up to 40 service would be fine also.

I would also probably only purchase 40/10 with those estimates.
