All good.

Modems will only show frequencies if the MDD from the CMTS tells them to try and lock to those frequencies. Any modem showing a frequency but not being locked to it is a major problem.

Second tech came out and found that the cable to his house was bad there was a filter on said cable and there was about 150 foot of unused cable inside, these are his stats now.
