In that case, given that we in the developed world use far more resources per capita than the developing world we should be the first to cut our birth rates.
Birth rates in the 3rd world and developing world are falling in response to falls in child mortality brought on by improving sanitation and medicine. That is where our aid resources should be targeted apart from education and self-help schemes. |
