I was watching the programme about Oxford Street, they solved the problem by having "****oirs" delivered to places with the problem. They were self contained and dropped by lorry in the afternoon and collected, presumably for emptying the next day. Where there's a will.......

All we need is the appearance of a urine-borne disease on the streets of the UK. The great Public Health Revolution in the UK was the introduction of toilets and sewers.
