An today there is a stabbing at a London tube station by someone shouting "this is for Syria". An these people are all mouth? A death threat against someone to try to change their opinion should be treated as an act of terrorism. Normal people do not make death threats.

My point is someone made a death threat against an MP for voting for air strikes in Syria. YOU said ignore them. Now someone has stabbed another person shouting "This is for Syria".

I'm not saying the 2 events are related, but I bet whoever did this has a history of supporting terrorism. We can say everyone is harmless until they do something awful. Why wait? Act before they commit their act of terror. Threatening someone with death should be enough to lock these people up.

Normal sane people do not make death threats!

Be careful..not everyone who disagrees with anyone online about this issue is a terrorist and a lot of people spout crap online that they would never say to anyone's face..I suspect that in that stabbing the attacker wasn't tweeting his local MP but had been tweeting another group entirely.

My point is that if you make an issue of every stupid utterance on the internet you will be a quivering wreck. The best way to deal with extremists is to ignore their crap. The vast majority are completely impotent and would never ever carry out any such threat. Those that would, won't be telling you that they are coming for you.

Nowhere do I say everyone who disagrees with another online is a terrorist , because that's a ludicrous comment to make. 99% of these threats are never intended to be carried out.
