Ah yes - you said modem mode. There is a way round that by logging in and putting in the URL of the actual stats page. Unfortunately I don't know that URL (not the same as on the SH2) as it's a couple of years since I had a SH1.

Someone, perhaps, Kushan, will know and provide that URL.

I only know of http://192.168.100.1

If you have a SH1, Kush (or anyone) if you sign in and navigate to the downstream stats, there's a URL up top that can be used in modem mode once you've signed in.

Hope you don't mind if I mind and poke my nose in. You deleted:

There is an interesting facet in your stats. It seems the upstream may be glitching. Your US-1 is on a frequency of 60MHz which means that VM have claimed some spectrum no longer used by analogue TV. Yet the higher frequency which is less noise sensitive than your lower frequency US-2 ismodulating at a higher packing density than US-1. The T4 timeout is a clue that the upstream may have glitched.

If that was a one off and it's all settlked down - then fine. But keep an eye on the upstream if it happens again.

I think I realised what it was - I had removed the cable from the modem to reorganise things a little and didn't have it in properly (Rookie mistake) - I think that's what has fixed it as its been great now but will keep an eye on it.
