WELL well well Ive had head of tech here to tell me NO you're not making this up you've had 6113 timeouts, yes the modem is staying on and the lights normal and no net logs, this is due to noise on the system and we are working on it, as we speak, he showed me the logs on my router from his side and saw the timeouts.. as well as having the new routers put in (FREE OF CHARGE) as they were going to bill me I am asking for credit to my account :) so all you peeps who have the same problem get going and make sure you get things done
