If you get the name of the company, time of the calls. Think the ICO can get your provider to trace the call even if they withhold the number. Worth reporting or they'll continue to do it.

I've now got the BT8500 Truecall phone working. I thought i'd boobed as it wasn't working correctly as i never had caller ID was not prepaired to give VM more money. Anyway, after a call to VM i've got a reduction on my monthly bill and caller ID free.

BT8500 now in and working but not been in the house long enough to see if it's done the trick.
