So was these scheme known about at the time or did it only come up after that guy escaped court action because he was wrongly sent a letter?

I'm an atheist and get them all the time. This may explain a few things. Oh dear :(

On topic, I'm sure Teflon Tone will avoid any kind of blame. He really hasn't come out to well in the wash has he?
