That looks like it. How did you know?

I found a possible fix for the Avast problem from another forum. You turn off AV warning notices via the action centre before shutting down and then reboot and turn them back on again. It seems to have worked so far.

Oh wonder why came up with nothing when I did a search for the number then? Found references to Windows builds 7600 and 7601.

Anyway for now all seems to be working just fine. Famous last words... :)
