Go through retentions route 150 - option 5 - option 3 i find them much better "the big easy bundle" as it's called now lol is £35.99p/m but retentions are doing it at £29.99p/m for me, just say you need to make cutbacks and you're not really using the tv much and think you'd be better of going onto the starter pack (big easy bundle). They'll sort you out :).
