If you look on Street View the green box is on Edward VII Avenue close to the junction with Tyllwyd Road, but on the opposite side of the road to the junction.

Sorry wrong postcode its: Tyllwyd Rd Newport NP20 4LS.

If you look on google maps it's old pic so it's behind a safety barrier, the pavement has been finished now.
