Your 1% packet loss is a problem. It doesn't sound like much but that's actually pretty high. 4-5% is enough to make a connection almost completely unusable

Well I've come home tonight and everything seems to be working again, saw another user on the community forum who said internet went down at 2am, when it came backup it was working normally, so looks like they fixed the issue last night.

Bufferbloat by definition is to much.

I think you mean "too much buffer" vs " too little buffer" :P
