Yes thanks, all the TV stuff is sorted. Apparently, our habit of turning things off at the plug (always trying to save power these days) meant we weren't getting overnight updates so I'm advised to leave the boxes on permanently.

Still can't log on to my email though - keep getting the "insert your name and password message" and when I do, I just get a password error message when I know both the user name and password are right (and worked earlier in the day yesterday).

It's not the end of the World but irritating.
