Yeah, you're probably right. Instead of the "H" key they hit "Three" instead. Easily done.

I posted a picture of it on vm Facebook page and it was quickly took down,they did the same thing with the photo of bt sports prior to announcement as well and also replied with the exact same response when I asked the similar question ;)

To insert the LOL gif you just need to put LOL with a colon either side :LOL:
