What does this mean? Sorry new on here and just signed to VM from Sky HD.
I'm having VM installed on the 26 June (VIP Package) so don't really know a lot about what VM have to offer, eg the apps.

You can't record if the content is from an app but you can record if the content is added as a normal channel.

Well why didn't they charge for ESPN? They could've quite easily, as Sky did. We can only assume that by adding ESPN to TV XL, they gained enough new customers to cover the cost of aquiring ESPN and to allow them to provide it "free".

IMHO, I think they could make a similar move with BT Sports, but just not free like ESPN was. However, if they can resell it cheaper than Sky then that could certainly be an incentive for exisiting customers to move up to TV XL, or bring some new customers over.

thats a good idea yes or free with XL OR VIP package then more customers would get the VIP package great eh:D:D:D:D

I got VIP pack and i'm paying more for less things. I asked the adviser to sort this out, pay right amount, add new phone deal, but when got to super hub, wanted a new 18 month contract, and wanted it installed by an engineer. i said no to the new contract but he insisted so I put the phone down. I got a 1 minute ring back after that.
