Better late than never!

I fixed the problem I was having but had to run the router on a lower bandwidth setting as a result. This week I finally snapped and got the Asus router. This was the ping test from my old router:

you was pulling your hair out for 6months why? have you hammered your old router?

I just put up with it as it was working. £100 is a bit much to address a performance issue but I eventually decided it was worth it.
