I can appreciate your scepticism. However, I can assure you that to represent a company on forums such as MSE and CAG company representatives need to be granted official status by the site. Whilst we do of course have of our own eForum where our customers can go to for support some customers do still find their way onto other sites designed to provide assistance on a whole range of different consumer topics.
