have you tried modem mode as a direct test wired or tested using a different router?

When I was on VM and was suffering rediculously slow BB with occasion complete dropouts but with good signal levels a new isolator fixed it for me.

Reset via the reset hole

Some of the power levels and config have changed however I haven't noticed any issues tonight.
Did a speed test via BBC Diagnostics and OVH.net
Tests are resulting in 50-54Mb - not perfect, but expected on wireless with other devices connected.
Also that garbled mess in SMTP settings under logs is now nothing to be seen of.

Probably just a bad firmware update in the past left it a bit crappy as I've never really edited the settings.

you need to enable ping response and check IP hasnt changed for your monitor mate
